Point of Sale AI

How it works

From application to your first live merchant.

Weeks, not quarters. Here is the whole path, with realistic durations.

Week 1

Sign up, scope, and get a sandbox.

One short sign up, one call with the people who will actually run the program, and a named sandbox with your own console login in the same week.

Sandbox provisioning
Ready
  • Console login for your team
  • Sandbox merchants and test cards
  • Simulated webhooks and captured emails

Week 2 to 3

Brand it, connect the domain, rehearse the business.

Upload assets against a generated checklist, set retail prices above the wholesale floor, verify one CNAME and one TXT record, then run orders, refunds and payouts end to end in the sandbox.

Week 4 to 6

Publish atomically, onboard your first merchant.

Domains, branding, pricing and products cut over together, and one click rolls the whole thing back. Your sandbox stays alive alongside production for the next change.

The full path

Every step, with realistic durations.

  1. 1

    Day 0, ten minutes

You create a partner account with your company details. There is no application queue, no fee and no exclusivity at this stage. The console opens as soon as you confirm your email.

  2. 2

    Scoping call

    Week 1, sixty minutes

One call with the people who will actually run the program. We map the surfaces you want branded, the regions you sell in, whether you want hosted pages, embedded components, raw API, or a mix, and who owns the merchant relationship and support. You leave the call with a written scope and a wholesale price sheet.

  3. 3

    Sandbox issued

Week 1, from the moment you sign up

Your team gets a named sandbox with your own console login, sandbox merchants, test cards, and simulated webhooks. Nothing you do here touches a real person.

  4. 4

    Configure and upload assets

Week 2, two to five days of work

You turn on the products you plan to sell. The console generates the exact asset checklist from those products, logos, app icons, splash screens, color tokens, email headers, receipt marks. You set your retail prices above the wholesale floor. Everything is versioned like a deploy, so changes are reviewable and reversible.

  5. 5

    DNS and email setup

    Week 2, one afternoon

One CNAME to edge.pointofsale.ai and one TXT record. The console shows exact instructions for your DNS provider, verifies each record live, and sets up email authentication so your receipts do not land in spam. If your IT team owns DNS, send them a live status link and watch the records go green. TLS issues and renews itself.

  6. 6

    Test transactions

Week 3, two to four days

You run the business end to end in the sandbox. Onboard a sandbox merchant, build a menu, take orders on terminal, kiosk and the guest site, fire kitchen tickets, run refunds and payouts, and read the settlement report. Your support team learns the product here, on real workflows, with no risk.

  7. 7

    Gates pass

Week 3 to 4, depends on KYC

Go-live is gated, not guessed. DNS verified, TLS issued, white-label assets complete for every enabled product, KYC and underwriting approved, and at least one successful test transaction. The console shows exactly which gates are open and which are blocking, so nothing is a surprise.

  8. 8

    Publish

    Week 4, one click

You publish atomically. Domains, branding, pricing and products cut over together, and one click rolls the whole thing back if you need it. Your sandbox stays alive alongside production for the next change.

  9. 9

    First merchant onboarded

    Week 4 to 6

Your first real merchant signs up under your brand, on your domain, at your prices. Settlement splits SaaS margin and payment residuals to you automatically. From here you repeat the loop, and if you recruit sub-resellers they run the same path inside your program.

  10. 10

    Co-marketing begins

    Week 6 onward

Once your merchants are transacting, a portion of the revenue from your book is reinvested into local marketing under your brand. We run paid social, search, TV, out-of-home, and local events in your territory, so demand keeps feeding your pipeline.

Weeks, not quarters.

Most partners go from sign up to a published brand in four to six weeks, with the long pole being KYC and their own asset production, not our platform.
